– Chronic issues with order fulfillment, poor communication with buyers, or excessive negative feedback may lead to account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property Violations & copyright

– Sellers must respect the intellectual property rights of others and ensure that their product listings do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

– Any reports of intellectual property violations may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

– Sellers must resolve payment disputes and chargebacks in accordance with marketplace policies and applicable laws.

– Repeated instances of unresolved payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Termination of Seller Account
